Exchange And Returns

Our Exchange policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or exchange for you. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to be eligible for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to refund your order once you have received it!

YourToothbrush.co.uk offer a full 30 day EXCHANGE under the following circumstances only:

  • We can only replace items if they are received damaged or broken. You must contact us with your order number and full name and address along with photographic proof showing clearly the problem within 48 hours of delivery. If  agreed by YourToothbrush.co.uk we will replace the item free of charge to you.
  • Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address details when placing your order as we are unable to refund any orders that are sent to an incorrect address that has been provided by you when your order was processed.
  • Your exchange, once approved by us will then be processed using the original order details and you will be sent a replacement free of charge.
  • Every exchange/return requires a proof of purchase including a verified tracking number and order email confirmation from us.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order due to health and safety standards of the product ordered.
  • YourToothbrush™ reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria.
